Booking and Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability on the day.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No. Our rates are room only (EP). Suraj Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM, charged separately.
What is the policy for children?
Under-6s stay free in their parents' room, without a bed-roll; a child aged 6 to 11 is charged ₹599 per night. There are no extra beds.
Can an extra adult share a room?
Yes, within the room's maximum occupancy, at ₹999 per night.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before check-in.
Is there a discount for booking direct?
Yes. Bookings made on this website get 20% off, applied at the booking engine without a code.
What do I need at check-in?
A valid government-issued photo ID for every guest. The primary guest must be 18 or over.
Are taxes included?
GST applies at 5%, 12% or 18% depending on the room rate and is shown before you confirm.
Rooms and Facilities
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi is complimentary in every room and in the lobby.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is free for guests, and we accommodate drivers travelling with guests free of charge.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. The swimming pool is free for all resident guests. A kids' play area and an indoor games room are also in the hotel.
Are the rooms air-conditioned and smoke-free?
Yes. Every room is air-conditioned, and all rooms are smoke-free.
What are the room service hours?
Room service runs from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM. The restaurant itself is open 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
Is there power backup?
Yes. The hotel has 24-hour power backup and a lift to every floor it serves.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted.

What does the restaurant serve?
Suraj Kitchen is a 100-seat, air-conditioned multi-cuisine restaurant, predominantly vegetarian, open 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM with buffet and à la carte service. Buffet timings are not fixed.
Getting Here
How far is the hotel from the Sai Baba Temple?
About 450 m, a six-minute walk. The Shirdi Govt. Bus Stand is 100 m away and Shirdi Market 700 m.
How far are the railway station and the airport?
Shirdi Railway Station is ~3 km (10 - 15 minutes by road) and the airport ~13 km (20 - 30 minutes).
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes, at a charge. The travel desk can also arrange car rental.
